For recruiting and talent teams
Every interview ends with the next steps drafted.
While you focus on the interview, Highlight drafts what comes next: the scorecard for your ATS, the candidate follow-up, the note to the hiring manager. Ready for your approval the moment the call ends.

2:00–2:30pm · in 12 min
Maya has run full-cycle hiring at a 60-person Series A. Two questions carried over from the last loop: how she partners with hiring managers on scorecards, and what she owns end to end.
How would you score for John Doe’s Role Fit?
They mentioned their past experience at Acme and why they’re searching for a new role.
Reminders
Jot down a thought, task, idea…
You’re here to recognize potential and build great teams.
That work takes judgement. But when the interview ends, the copying begins. ATS, Slack, email. The same verdict, retyped three times. And while you type, your strongest candidate is waiting.

The kickoff
Kickoff at 11. Live by 11:35
The job description in your format and a sourcing search calibrated to the must-haves, the nice-to-haves, and where the last hire fell short.

The loop
Interview ends. Three drafts are waiting.
Your scorecard, filled against your rating scale with evidence from the call. The candidate follow-up in your voice. The Slack to the hiring manager with your read.

The follow-up
Warm stays warm
The passes, the next steps, the hold-warm notes, the update for the candidate still mid-loop. All captured for you so nothing slips through the cracks.

The nudge
Ask who’s holding up the loop
You ask, and three interviewers still owe a verdict. Each one gets a nudge, already written and addressed to whoever owes it. You just hit send.

The report
Friday builds itself
Stalled loops, aging candidates, the offer with no response. Ready before your pipeline review, pulled from the week’s conversations rather than your memory.

The next role
No re-briefing needed
Highlight still knows what “great” meant on this one, what the last hire got wrong, and how you scored the first five candidates. You’re not re-briefing anyone, including your AI.
How Highlight works
In the room. In your voice.
On your approval.
It’s already there.
Runs on your desktop and joins your calls. It knows the req, the panel, and what the hiring manager asked for. No bot to invite, nothing to paste.
It writes like you.
Your scorecard structure, your email voice, your Slack shorthand, learned from your own writing.
It waits for you.
Drafts arrive from what it hears, on a schedule, or whenever you ask. Nothing reaches your ATS, Slack, or inbox until you say so.
They hand you material.
Highlight hands you finished work.
A Notetaker
Gives you a summary. The scorecard is still unwritten, the follow-up unsent.
Highlight starts where the transcript stops: scorecard filled, follow-up drafted. Already on Granola? Import your history in one step and keep the context you’ve built.
ChatGPT or Claude
Drafts anything, once you paste the transcript, the JD, and the template.
Highlight already has all three, and fires the moment the interview ends.
Your ATS’s built-in AI
Lives inside the ATS. The job after a call spans the ATS, Slack, and email.
The work after a call doesn’t. Highlight covers the ATS, Slack, and email.
The workflow you built yourself
Works, until you’re the only one who can maintain it.
Highlight comes with recruiting skills built in. New ones, you add by asking.
Frequently asked questions
- Which ATS does it work with?
- Ashby and Greenhouse, natively. Lever is on the way. On any other ATS, Highlight still drafts your scorecard and follow-ups in copy and paste ready form, built from the scorecard templates you already use.
- What does it actually capture and keep?
- It transcribes the conversation. No audio or video is stored. It also reads your connected tools and on-screen work as text, never as screenshots, and never captures passwords or health or financial content. You can see, correct and delete anything it holds.
- Does it use my scorecard, or its own?
- Yours. It reads the form and rating scale you already use, whether that lives in Ashby or in a doc, and it learns your standards over time.
- Do I have to set anything up?
- Connect your calendar, ATS, Slack and email once. That’s it. Recruiting skills are built in, so you get real drafts from your first interview.
- Can I get it to draft something it doesn’t already do?
- Yes, for Max plans. Ask for it once, the way you’d explain it to a new coordinator, and it becomes a skill you can reuse.
- Does it handle candidate scheduling?
- Not today. Highlight works on what happens in and after the conversation. If you have a scheduling link, it will learn to include it in emails where it fits.
- Is there a free version?
- There’s a 14-day free trial on Lite and Pro.

Your next interview can end with the work already done.
No prompt engineering. No workflow to maintain. Nothing sends without you.
