Identify and list all action items, tasks, or follow-up points mentioned. For each item, specify the responsible person (if mentioned), any deadlines, and the context or importance of the task. If the same topic is addressed in both written notes and audio transcripts, synthesize the information to provide the most comprehensive understanding of each action item. Suggest a prioritization for the tasks based on apparent urgency or importance. Recommend a format or tool for tracking these action items based on any visible project management or to-do list applications.
